This👏 top👏 though!👏 Morgen is wearing our off the sholder gypsy neckline top in the prettiest dusty blue color. The color is so unique it's hard to explain. The soft, yet sturdy fabric is a bright dusty blue--(Is that even possible?) the elastic top stays right where you put it and can be adjusted with the ties in the back-- that you can tie into a super cute girly bow. This top looks adorable paired with anything. I can't wait to wear mine with some white shorts this summer!
